Gift baskets are usually shipped FedEx Ground the next business day M-F if ordered by 12:00 pm.  Shipping cost nationwide for all baskets is $12.95.  For any next day deliveries please call for shipping cost. We will send you an email with the tracking number and estimated arrival date at the time we ship your order. Call for international sales.

We hand deliver in Oakdale next business day if orders are placed on our website or called in by 12:00 pm. unless a later shipping date is requested. Call for free shipping code.

We hand deliver most of our local gift basket deliveries next day if orders are placed on our website or called in by 12:00 pm. Unless a later shipping date is requested.  $12.95 delivery fee will apply.

Orders can be done online 24 hours or by phone Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time).

A personal enclosure card with your message will be sent with your gift basket.  We will send you an email with the tracking number and estimated arrival date at the time we ship your order.

Custom-Ready Orders
Custom-ready orders can be done online with all the necessary information fields filled in to process.

You can send a Customer order request through email and we will contact you by the next business day to complete.

Terms & Conditions
In the event we are out of a specific product, or because of extreme hot weather we reserve the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Any gourmet baskets containing food are not returnable and all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a non-food basket, you can return or exchange the item within 7 days as long as the gift basket is in new, unused and resalable inside its original packaging.  We will either replace the basket or refund your money.

We strive to ship all orders within 1 - 2 business days from the date you place your order. Most orders will arrive within 2-7 business days from the date of shipment via UPS or Fed Ex Ground Service. You may select Express Shipping for an additional charge.

We do everything possible to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition. Gift baskets  are packed in heavy cardboard boxes surrounded by plenty of packing materials to protect products during shipping. Damages incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with the carrier accordingly. Please retain all packing materials for the claims process.
